VBA Establishes Landlord Tenant Section

The Board of Managers of the Vermont Bar Association approved the creation of a section on Landlord Tenant Law at its meeting on Sept. 28.  The section was proposed by Renee Staudinger Calabro, Esq. of Bauer Gravel Farnham LLP, who has agreed to serve as its first co-chair.  The search for a co-chair who primarily represents tenants is currently open.  Those with interest can contact Renee at rstaudinger@vtlawoffices.com or the VBA at info@vtbar.com.  A Landlord Tenant discussion community has been created on VBA Connect.
