This just in from the Vermont Judiciary.
Judiciary Colleagues –
The Judiciary’s Case Management System, Odyssey (renamed Enterprise Justice with this upgrade), the Public Portal, the Attorney Portal, Vermont Digital Evidence Portal (VDEP), as well as some functions of Odyssey E-File and Serve will be offline and unavailable Friday April 26th 5:00PM – Saturday April 27th 5:00PM due to a planned upgrade. Sunday will be used as a contingency day only if required.
Please share this information with anyone who be affected by this interruption. In addition, notifications are being posted on our public website and separate email communications will be going out to our partner agencies and external stakeholders.
This upgrade to the newest version of our case management system will look very similar to today’s Odyssey system. The largest change is related to increased information security and will not be visible to the end-user; however, users will benefit from a new integrated conflict checker that will eliminate the need for the current external conflict checker. In addition, there are several small cosmetic changes such as a “Charm Bar” on the left-hand side that offers a clickable visual icon for your “Favorites’ as well as additional “Open Tabs” warnings, and several other small enhancements.
Two weeks in advance of the cutover to the new Enterprise Justice software, formally Odyssey, we will send out another notice with instructions related to the changes and instructional videos. As always, support is available through our helpdesk ITSupport@vtcourts.gov.
