A note came into the VBA this morning about the Vermont Digital Evidence Portal (VDEP) for attorneys. This information is also posted on the VDEP webpage on the Judiciary website:
Court users wishing to display evidence on courtroom TVs should have a local copy of the evidence saved on their own device that they bring to the courtroom. Relying on evidence stored in the court’s online VDEP tool could result in delays if the internet service is down.
This is an update on the June 6 memo from the Judiciary about how to use the courtroom TVs to display evidence. You can read that memo here.
