The Department of Vermont Health Access (DVHA) is seeking a Senior Staff Attorney.
Attorneys for DVHA conduct complex contract negotiations, engage in administrative rulemaking, and provide in-house legal support to the Department’s many units. DVHA is currently seeking a senior staff attorney, who would qualify as a Staff Attorney III or Staff Attorney IV per the State of Vermont Attorney Pay Plan. The successful candidate will have at least at least five years of demonstrated proficiency in one or some combination of the following: Medicaid law, healthcare law and regulation, administrative/regulatory law, contracts, or other experience relevant to the operations of the Department.
