The VBA’s legal research partner, Fastcase, upgraded its platform this winter. In 2023, Fastcase merged with vLex, a global leader in legal intelligence and with the merger a new suite of services has arrived. The new platform went live in Vermont on Dec. 5. It has a new appearance and new functionality. With change comes the need for some learning, and there are lots of training options available through Fastcase anytime. (See the end of this post for more information on how to access those).
The VBA has hosted a couple of Vermont-specific CLEs on the new platform this fall and we will be hosting more VBA-Fastcase training webinars in the months ahead (these will be free and will carry an hour of CLE credit). Keep an eye on our VBA CLE calendar for those opportunities.
