RE: Ballot Instructions – Election of Attorney Members of the Judicial Nominating Board
Pursuant to Supreme Court Administrative Order No. 1
DATE: December 12, 2024
This Memo provides ballot instructions regarding the election of the three attorney members of the Judicial Nominating Board, including an At-large Seat, a Northern Seat and a Southern Seat. The terms of office are for two years commencing on February 1, 2025. The duties and responsibilities of the Board are set out at 4 V.S.A. §§ 601-602.
