VBA Workforce Development Report and Recommendations

Charge and Designation:  

At its May 23, 2019, Board Meeting, the Vermont Bar Association Board of Bar Managers created a working group to propose recommendations to recruit and retain lawyers in Vermont, particularly in the underserved rural counties.

The Workforce Development Committee (“Committee” or “WDC”) is comprised of Vermont Bar Association members, including members of the VBA Board of Bar Managers, the Young Lawyers Division, and the VBA Executive Director.
