This just in to the VBA from the ABA’s Dispute Resolution Section:
The Co-Chairs of the Early Dispute Resolution (EDR) Committee of the ABA’s Dispute Resolution Section are requesting attorney participation in a study designed to gather data about the value of early dispute resolution.
Data in the field of dispute resolution is very limited, and current data is especially scarce. Now more than ever, we are in need of efficient dispute resolution. This anonymous survey is an important tool for gathering and analyzing data. This research will examine how client outcomes correlate with a number of variables. The EDR Committee believes that the data will help optimize dispute outcomes and will encourage the use of efficient dispute resolution.
We would appreciate your taking the survey and sharing it with other U.S. civil litigators. Completion time is approximately 5 minutes. The EDR Committee will report the results after the survey responses are analyzed.
Please join us in supporting this important initiative by completing the survey and sharing it with your network. Thank you for your help! TAKE THE SURVEY.
Sincerely,
Megan Fuentes
