The VBA Nominating Committee met on December 10 and recommended that Judith Dillon become President-Elect of the VBA Board of Managers, that incumbents James Rodgers and Alfonso Villegas run unopposed and that there be one contested election for the remaining board seat: incumbent Kate Lamson vs. Lauri Fisher. (Lauri Fisher has subsequently withdrawn from the race.) The Committee also recommended that the Treasurer and Secretary seats remain unchanged. Regarding the VBA Delegate to the American Bar Association House of Delegates seat, the Nominating Committee accepted a nomination for Elizabeth Kruska to that seat.
